THE ROLE
Lancaster University Ghana is hiring a Student Recruitment Officer to support student recruitment and enrollment activities across its target markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ENGAGE AND INSPIRE
Guide prospective students toward educational opportunities and provide relevant information throughout the recruitment journey. - DRIVE ENROLLMENT
Meet recruitment and enrollment targets while maintaining ethical recruitment practices. - ENSURE EXCELLENCE
Verify applicant documents, issue admission offers promptly within 48 hours and uphold academic standards. - BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Develop strong relationships with students, schools and recruitment partners across diverse markets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Understanding of higher education dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work toward recruitment targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
