A leading global supplier of high-quality food and beverage ingredients and solutions is seeking a qualified Data Management Officer to join its Monitoring and Evaluation function.
The successful candidate will support data-driven sustainability and supply-chain initiatives by ensuring the effective management, quality and use of programme data.
JOB TITLE: Data Management Officer
LOCATION: Ikom, Cross River State
SALARY: ₦400,000 Monthly
REPORTS TO: Program Impact Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain database systems supporting the Sustainability Supply Chain.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness across sustainability programmes.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and monitoring.
- Support data migration, integration and transformation projects.
- Generate reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify data and reporting requirements.
- Train Enumerators on data management best practices and tools.
- Stay updated on emerging data management technologies and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Database Administration or Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with databases, analysing programme data and producing clear reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Experience supporting sustainability, supply-chain or Monitoring and Evaluation programmes will be an added advantage.
