KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation and maintenance of talent management systems, including eLearning and performance management platforms.
Coordinate annual skills and performance review processes, including system configuration, communication and reporting.
Serve as a key contact for employee and manager enquiries regarding performance management.
Advise managers on training needs and track participation and programme effectiveness.
Prepare communications, guides and training materials for talent programmes.
Generate reports on talent metrics including promotion rates, succession readiness and programme completion.
Maintain accurate talent data, succession plans, high potential employee lists and development plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in HR coordination with exposure to talent management, performance management or learning and development.
Knowledge of performance management, career development and succession planning.
Experience coordinating training or company wide events.
Ability to interpret data and prepare basic reports.
Familiarity with HRIS or Talent Management systems, particularly Odoo, is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform laboratory analysis of body fluids, tissues and other specimens.
Perform molecular diagnostics including PCR using open and closed systems.
Conduct hematology, chemistry, immunology and microbiology tests.
Perform infectious disease testing.
Operate laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor quality control measures, calibrate equipment and conduct troubleshooting.
Identify and communicate abnormal results to appropriate medical personnel.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure quality results.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited university.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical laboratory, clinic or hospital.
Training and experience in molecular diagnostic techniques such as PCR.
AMLSCN certification.
Current practicing licence.
Relevant additional certification is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform phlebotomy on adults and children.
Assist with various laboratory functions.
Operate automated hematology and chemistry analysers and other laboratory equipment.
Label, sort and record specimens and enter relevant information into the computer system.
Perform laboratory inventory activities.
Use Laboratory Information Management Systems for specimen tracking, results entry and reporting.
Identify and communicate abnormal results to appropriate medical personnel.
Operate laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Run quality controls and monitor laboratory quality assurance procedures.
Communicate with patients and family members professionally and respectfully.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology MLT from an accredited School of Health Technology.
Up to date registration and practicing licence.
AMLSCN certification.
1 – 4 years of experience in a medical laboratory, hospital or clinic.
Relevant medical laboratory certification is an advantage.
