Pufferfish Consulting is recruiting qualified candidates for multiple positions across Lagos Island and Kano State.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- TECHNICIAN AND IT SUPPORT
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000
Requirements include relevant IT qualification or certification and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, monitoring network systems and ensuring system security.
- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field and at least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE
Salary: N250,000 – N350,000
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and 2 – 4 years of experience in fintech, banking or SaaS sales.
Knowledge of digital payments and financial products, strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities are required.
- DEVELOPER FULL STACK AND BACKEND
Salary: N500,000
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Java or similar technologies.
Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and cloud platforms is required. Fintech experience is an advantage.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000
Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer support experience and the ability to work under pressure.
- DIGITAL MARKETER
Salary: N250,000
Candidates should have experience in digital marketing and content creation, with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads, together with a strong portfolio, is required.
- HR MANAGER
Salary: N250,000
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 3 years HR experience.
Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws is required. CIPM certification is an advantage.
- QA AND QC OFFICER
Salary: N350,000
Candidates should have experience in quality assurance or software testing, strong attention to detail and knowledge of software testing tools.
- RECONCILIATION OFFICER
Salary: N400,000
Requirements include a Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, strong analytical skills and knowledge of reconciliation processes.
- HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Location: Kano
Salary: N300,000
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field and at least 5 years of management experience.
Candidates should possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- BRANCH MANAGER
Location: Kano
Salary: N400,000
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, leadership and people management skills. Experience in financial services is preferred.
- MARKETERS AND CONTRACT STAFF
Salary: N150,000
Requirements include a Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to meet targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Promoting company products and services.
Generating leads and business opportunities.
Conducting field marketing activities.
Building customer and merchant relationships.
Supporting campaign execution and business growth.
