- STATION MANAGER
LOCATIONS:
• Maiduguri, Borno State
• Bauchi, Bauchi State
• Potiskum, Yobe State
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Station Manager will be responsible for:
• Supervising LNG and LCNG supply, sales and documentation
• Managing operators, auxiliary staff and clients in line with company regulations
• Ensuring staff wear appropriate PPE and comply with HSE requirements
• Ensuring installations and equipment remain in good working condition
• Overseeing power supply and routine servicing of generating sets
• Ensuring staff, clients and host communities comply with safety measures
• Maintaining accurate operational records
• Creating market awareness of LNG and LCNG products
• Coordinating sales activities with team members and other departments
• Using historical sales data and market trends to set realistic targets
• Identifying sales opportunities among transporters, businesses and trade associations
• Developing customer loyalty initiatives and gathering customer feedback
• Monitoring market prices to maintain competitiveness and profitability
• Building partnerships with key stakeholders
• Managing expenses and controlling operational costs
• Performing other duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Engineering degree with extensive commercial experience may also be considered
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative or sales roles within FMCG, logistics, CNG/LPG stations, tank farms or related industries
• Proven record of good work ethics, documentation and record keeping
• Strong sales, business development, networking and team-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The LCNG Operator/Dispenser will:
• Operate CNG and LNG station equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with refuelling vehicles and skids
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Station Manager
• Prepare reports on sales, usage and maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate gas transaction, inspection and maintenance records
• Keep the station clean and organised
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on station equipment
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections
• Identify and report potential safety hazards
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and transactions
• Implement emergency response procedures when required
• Coordinate with emergency services during emergencies
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Participate in safety training programmes
• Educate customers on CNG and LNG fuelling procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of National Diploma in a Science or Engineering-related course
• Candidates with SSCE and at least 2 years’ experience operating LPG, CNG, LNG or liquid-fuelling dispensers for vehicles and industrial users are also eligible
• Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales reconciliation skills
