Academic Qualifications
Professor: PhD in a relevant field, at least 2 years as an Associate Professor, and 25 peer-reviewed publications, including at least 5 indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Associate Professor: PhD, at least 2 years as a Senior Lecturer, and 20 peer-reviewed publications, including at least 4 indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Senior Lecturer: PhD, at least 2 years as a Lecturer I, and 15 peer-reviewed publications, including at least 3 indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Lecturer I: PhD, at least 2 years as a Lecturer II, and 10 peer-reviewed publications, including at least 2 indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Lecturer II: PhD, or a Master’s degree plus at least 2 years as an Assistant Lecturer, and 5 peer-reviewed publications, including at least 1 indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.
Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree, evidence of PhD registration, at least 1 year of teaching/research experience, and 2 peer-reviewed publications.
ICT proficiency and relevant professional membership, where applicable, are required.

Candidates must meet the specific academic, professional, registration, licensing, and experience requirements applicable to their preferred positions.
For example, Accountant applicants require an Accounting-related degree and active ICAN or ANAN certification, while Medical Officers require MBBS, MDCN registration, and at least two years of post-registration experience. Nursing Officers require relevant nursing qualifications and active NMCN registration.
General Requirements
- ICT proficiency is compulsory.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is compulsory for appointments requiring a first degree.
- Candidates must provide an active email address and phone number.

- Shortlisted candidates will undergo credential verification and a mandatory digital competency assessment.
