Careers Verified Limited is recruiting Entry Level Consumer Lending and POS Sales Specialists to support customer acquisition for consumer loan products and Point of Sale services across multiple states in Nigeria.

Salary: ₦140,000 to ₦150,000 monthly
Locations: Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Plateau and Rivers
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and acquiring customers for consumer lending products, generating quality loan leads, supporting loan applications and maintaining strong customer relationships.
For POS sales, candidates will identify and acquire merchants who need POS terminals, promote available solutions, support merchant onboarding and activation, and build relationships that encourage transaction growth and retention.
The role involves field sales, customer visits, product presentations, lead generation, follow up, sales reporting and achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Candidates should have a minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in banking, financial services, fintech, consumer lending, POS acquisition or direct sales is an advantage but may not be mandatory for suitable entry level candidates.
Applicants should possess strong sales, negotiation, communication, customer acquisition and relationship management skills. The ability to work independently, meet challenging targets and maintain accurate records is also required.
Knowledge of consumer lending and digital payment solutions will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, attention to detail and compliance awareness.
Key performance areas include consumer loan leads generated, loan conversion and disbursement, new POS merchants acquired, terminal activation, transaction volume, customer retention and achievement of sales targets.
