Strengths Africa Limited is recruiting Ad-Hoc Training and Learning Assistants to support the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes and learning projects across different locations in Nigeria.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Ad-Hoc Training and Learning Assistant will support the successful delivery of training programmes by coordinating logistics, participants, learning materials and stakeholders. The role will also involve field documentation, reporting, quality control and representing Strengths Africa Limited professionally during training activities and partner engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the coordination and execution of training programmes and learning projects.
Maintain project plans, timelines and task coordination for assigned training activities.
Prepare venues, materials, equipment and learning environments.
Serve as an on-ground liaison between headquarters, faculty, vendors and participants.
Support facilitators, manage session flow and ensure a positive participant experience.
Identify and resolve operational, logistical and training delivery challenges.
Manage participant registration, attendance and learning documentation.
Maintain accurate records including attendance, feedback and media.
Prepare post-training and project completion reports.
Collect and summarise feedback from participants and faculty.
Capture photos, videos and testimonials for documentation and communications.
Ensure compliance with training standards, SOPs and brand guidelines.
Represent the organisation professionally during training programmes, meetings and partner engagements.
Engage participants and organisational representatives to identify potential opportunities.
Support follow-up conversations and referrals after training.
Share field insights with headquarters to support programme design, partnerships and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in training coordination, project management, NGO programmes, consulting or learning support roles.
Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence representing an organisation in professional settings.
High level of computer literacy, including Word, Docs, Excel, Sheets and Email.
Basic knowledge of projectors and training equipment.
Strong reporting, documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using a good camera or smartphone.
High level of professionalism, reliability and presentation skills.
