Call for Experts for Trade Facilitation Projects
Africa Trade Academy (ATA) is inviting qualified professionals to submit their Curriculum Vitae for upcoming trade facilitation projects along the Abidjan-Lagos and Abidjan-Ouagadougou Corridors.
The opportunity is targeted at experienced professionals who can contribute technical expertise to projects focused on trade facilitation, regional economic integration, market development, capacity building and inclusive economic participation across West Africa.
Qualified experts who are nationals and currently based in Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana or Côte d’Ivoire are encouraged to submit their CVs for consideration.
Available Expert Roles
Africa Trade Academy is seeking experts for the following areas:
1. Governance Specialist
Professionals with expertise in governance, institutional development, policy and related areas are invited to express their interest.
2. Advocacy and Civil Society Engagement Specialist
This role is suited to experts with experience in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, civil society participation and policy influence.
3. Training and Capacity Development Lead
Candidates with experience designing and delivering training programmes, capacity-building initiatives and professional development activities are encouraged to apply.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
The role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, data collection, analysis, results measurement and programme reporting.
5. Market Systems Development Expert
Experts with experience in market systems, private-sector development, value chains, trade and economic development are encouraged to submit their profiles.
6. Financial Inclusion Specialist
This opportunity is designed for professionals with expertise in financial inclusion, access to finance, inclusive financial services and related development initiatives.
7. Digital Tools Specialist
Professionals with experience in digital technologies, digital tools, technology-enabled solutions and digital transformation are invited to apply.
CV Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
CVs must be submitted in English.
Applicants should be able to work in both English and French.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
Applicants should attach photocopies of relevant academic degree certificates, specifically a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certificates.
CVs must not exceed 3 pages.
Applicants must clearly indicate their country and the role being applied for in the subject line of the email.
