The iDICE Skills to Job Programme is a flagship initiative under Nigeria’s Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Programme, designed to equip young Nigerians with practical digital and creative skills that can lead to employment opportunities in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and the wider global digital economy.

🎯 PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

👥 300,000 young Nigerians are targeted for training.

🌍 50,000 participants per geopolitical zone, providing nationwide access.

👩‍💻 At least 40% of beneficiaries will be women.

💼 Training is focused on industry-relevant skills and employment opportunities, rather than training alone.

🎨 Participants will develop skills across high-demand digital and creative disciplines, alongside workplace and employability skills.

✅ WHO CAN APPLY?

Applicants must:

✔️ Be 15–35 years old
✔️ Be resident in Nigeria
✔️ Have an interest in building a career in the digital or creative economy
✔️ Be committed to completing the training programme
