The company is seeking a Van Sales Representative to support sales growth, product availability and customer satisfaction in Lagos.

💼 Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across distributors, retailers, HORECA outlets and key accounts.
• Maintain healthy stock levels in distributor warehouses and retail outlets.
• Monitor market prices and ensure pricing remains competitive.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
• Conduct field visits to monitor sales performance and provide supervision.
• Support performance evaluation and development of the sales team.
• Develop effective direct and indirect sales strategies.
• Build neighbourhood sales channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Work closely with Production, Finance and Logistics teams to resolve business issues.
• Communicate CWAY’s food-safety requirements to customers and end users.
• Ensure outlets comply with appropriate food-safety, product-storage and vehicle/logistics requirements.
• Conduct and analyse customer feedback surveys.
• Coordinate product recall or withdrawal when necessary.

🎓 Requirements

Applicants should have:

• First Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• At least 1 year of experience in table-water sales.
• Good numerical and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret sales reports.
• High level of integrity and enthusiasm.
• Strong sales, communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
