Building on an extraordinary year in 2025, the Africa Center for Digital Transformation [ACDT] is excited to announce the launch of the TechForward Policy Fellowship 2026 cohort.
In 2025, the Fellowship received 900+ applications from 54 countries, reflecting the growing global demand for thoughtful, forward-looking leadership at the intersection of technology, policy and society.
The diversity, depth and quality of applicants reaffirmed the Fellowship’s role as a premier platform for nurturing policy leaders equipped to shape digital futures.
The 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 invites policymakers, researchers, technologists, entrepreneurs, civil society leaders, and emerging professionals from the Global South to apply.
