World Bank-supported Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project

As part of efforts to address the high rate of youth unemployment in Nigeria, the Federal Government, through the Federal Ministry of Education, has launched the World Bank-supported Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project. The primary goal of this initiative is to strengthen Nigeria’s skills development system. A key component of this project, the Innovation Grant Facility (IGF), focuses specifically on accelerating the development of digital skills among Nigerian youth.
