Leaders ADAPT is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Virtual Assistant to support executive and operational functions in a fast-paced remote environment.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Must overlap with 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Salary Range: $800 – $1,200 per month (based on experience and skill level)
About the Role
This position is ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant (EA) or Operations Coordinator who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. You will work closely with leadership, helping to streamline workflows, manage systems, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support
- Manage schedules, communications, and task prioritization
- Build and maintain systems for improved workflow efficiency
- Support CRM management, sales funnels, and automation processes
- Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively without constant supervision
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and execution speed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator (experience working with a US-based founder is a strong advantage)
- A proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just questions
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong experience with CRM systems, funnels, and automation tools
- High proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with high discretion and professionalism
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
