The role of a Teller/Customer Care Representative involves attending to customers’ financial transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling cash deposits and withdrawals, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive banking experience for all clients. The role also requires maintaining accuracy in transactions and adhering strictly to banking policies and procedures.
Applicants must not be older than 26 years and are required to possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Upper Credit. Candidates should also demonstrate relevant experience and competencies in customer care, computer literacy, cash handling, and strong receptive and communication skills. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Available locations include Yola (Adamawa), Nasarawa, Okene (Kogi), Gboko, Zakibiam, and Makurdi (Benue), Jos, Taraba, and Bauchi. Candidates should be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
