Your job entails but not limited to:

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are handled (e.g., meeting rooms, virtual call setups).
– Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering inquiries and providing updates.
– Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
– Resume Screening: Perform initial screening of resumes to identify qualified candidates for further review by recruiters.
– Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring statuses.
– Onboarding Coordination: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules and collecting necessary documentation.
– Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline.
– Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant employment laws.


Qualifications:
– Graduate of a university or Polytechnic.
– Background in HR or recruiting preferred but not mandatory
– Excellent Microsoft office skills
– Background in healthcare or customer services preferred but not mandatory
– Excellent communication skills and must be English speaking.

Requirements:
– Reliable internet, this is a remote job.
– Back up for electricity, this job requires a noiseless environment.
– A working laptop and external camera for video interviews.
– Ability to work in US time zones, EST.
