OmniRetail Africa: Business Development Manager – Modern Trade
OmniRetail Africa is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our modern trade channel.
Locations: Aba, Uyo, Edo, Delta, Anambra, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Nasarawa, and Kogi
Reports To: Growth Manager, Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and manage modern trade accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.).
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Lead negotiations and partnerships with key trade partners.
• Oversee logistics and delivery, ensuring smooth stock movement.
• Monitor credit and payment compliance to minimize financial risks.
• Track sales performance and market trends for data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (e-commerce, retail, FMCG).
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and market strategy skills.
