Overview
The Bala Wunti Scholarship Fund (BWSF) is a flagship educational initiative of the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation. Established to bridge the financial gap for students in underserved communities, the fund ensures that academic potential—not financial limitation—determines a student’s future.
For the 2026 academic cycle, the foundation is offering 500 eligible students free JAMB registration and a pathway to full higher education scholarships.
The Opportunity
1. Free JAMB Registration: 500 successful applicants will have their UTME registration fees fully covered.
2. Tertiary Scholarship: Candidates who benefit from this initiative and achieve a JAMB score of 210 or above will become eligible for a comprehensive scholarship to attend any tertiary institution within Bauchi State.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Residency: Must be a verified resident of Bauchi State.
• Academic Qualification: Must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in WAEC or NECO, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 16 and 25 years old.
• Target Group: Students from underserved backgrounds with a strong desire for higher education.
