Nkafamiya Rescue Mission (NRM) is a humanitarian organization committed to delivering high-quality services to underserved and vulnerable communities in Northeast Nigeria. Our mission focuses on protection, psychosocial support, and community empowerment for populations affected by conflict and displacement.
We are currently seeking qualified, passionate, and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful programs in Borno State. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children, women, and families.
📍 Project Locations: Mafa and Konduga, Borno State, Nigeria
⏳ Contract Duration: 6 months
🔹 Available Positions:
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Officer – Lead and coordinate GBV prevention and response activities, including case management, awareness campaigns, and community engagement.
- Child Protection (CP) Officer – Support child protection programs, ensure safe spaces, and monitor the wellbeing of children in project locations.
- Case Workers (8 positions) – Provide individualized support, follow-up, and referral services to beneficiaries.
- Facilitators (12 positions) – Deliver capacity-building sessions, community awareness programs, and safe space activities.
- Information Management Officer (IMO) – Maintain accurate records, data collection, and reporting systems.
- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Officer – Lead psychosocial support activities, counseling, and community resilience initiatives.
- Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) Officer – Manage feedback channels, monitor complaints, and ensure accountability to beneficiaries.
