🎯 What You’ll Do
• Support planning and execution of recruiting events (campus & in-office)
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
• Manage candidate data and maintain recruiting systems
• Assist in application screening and reporting
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and leadership across Africa
• Handle administrative and scheduling tasks efficiently
🎓 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND)
• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or employer branding (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities

You’ll join McKinsey’s Africa recruiting team, working across offices in Johannesburg, Lagos, Nairobi, Casablanca, Addis Ababa, and Luanda, gaining exposure to a diverse and dynamic consulting environment.
