🔹 Sales / Team Lead Role (MTN Nigeria)
🔑 Role Overview
The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing field teams, and increasing product penetration within assigned territories. It also involves supervising staff and ensuring efficient channel operations.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, activations, and product visibility in assigned areas
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives and Field Agents
- Monitor stock levels and distribution channels
- Train, coach, and develop team members for improved performance
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Oversee daily operations, reporting, and documentation
- Organize channel events and partner engagements
🎯 Requirements
📚 Education
- B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences or related field
💼 Experience
- 3–7 years work experience (preferably in sales/telecoms)
- At least some supervisory/leadership experience
- Experience in a structured or medium-sized organization
- Familiarity with data analysis or data mining tools is a plus
- Telecom experience is an added advantage
