Overview
Moniepoint Microfinance Bank is recruiting Field Officers to support field operations and customer acquisition across Abuja and neighbouring states. The field team is led by Naomi Ndukwe, Personal Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct door-to-door and market outreach to acquire new customers.
– Support account activation, KYC, and onboarding processes.
– Promote Moniepoint products and services to individuals and small businesses.
– Record and report field activities and customer leads.
– Meet daily and monthly acquisition targets.
Requirements
– OND, HND or Degree in any discipline.
– Good communication skills, discipline and professionalism.
– Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
– Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools (apps, forms).
– Willingness to learn, be mobile, and deliver measurable results.
Compensation
– Fixed base pay (minimum wage).
– Structured daily commissions and performance-based incentives.
