SALARY: N75,000 monthly
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
XPRMNT Ventures Ltd is hiring a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join its growing venture studio in Kano.
The successful candidate will help build and strengthen the company’s online presence by creating engaging content, telling authentic brand stories and developing a consistent, growth-focused content strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Create compelling content that showcases company wins, people, growth, activities and data.
Create original photo and video content on-site in Kano.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude creatively to support content development and improve productivity.
Develop and manage the company’s content calendar.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual storytelling.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Less than 3 years of relevant experience with a strong and compelling portfolio.
Strong creative instinct and storytelling ability.
Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with AI-powered content tools.
Strong written and spoken English.
Hausa language skills are an advantage.
A self-starter who is ready to take ownership of the brand and contribute ideas.
Passion for social media, digital content and audience engagement.
