They are currently hiring a Data Analyst to support their growing operations in Kaduna.
Role Overview
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability across field operations. This position supports decision-making by managing data cleaning, reporting, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily/weekly data audits and resolve discrepancies
- Clean, verify, and manage operational data
- Track agricultural inputs, yields, and field records
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation
- Identify data issues and improve processes
- Support automation of manual workflows
- Prepare reports and respond to internal data requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 1–4 years experience in data analysis or reporting
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
- Knowledge of SQL or data tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
