SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT CREATOR INTERN

LOCATION: Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, On-site

DURATION: 3–6 Months

STIPEND: ₦70,000–₦90,000

ROLE OVERVIEW

Wunti Al-Khair Foundation is seeking a creative, empathetic, and digitally savvy intern to join its team.

The intern will help amplify the Foundation’s voice, showcase humanitarian projects, and engage the community through compelling visual and written storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation
   Produce high-quality photos, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and graphics highlighting the Foundation’s initiatives and success stories.
2. Social Media Management
   Schedule and publish regular content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
3. Community Engagement
   Monitor comments and messages while maintaining a positive and helpful environment for supporters and beneficiaries.
4. Storytelling
   Interview project leads or beneficiaries and develop impactful stories that communicate the Foundation’s work.
5. Trend Tracking
   Monitor relevant digital and social media trends and recommend creative ways for the Foundation to participate.
6. Reporting
   Assist with tracking engagement, reach, audience growth, and other basic social media analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1. Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Professional content creation experience is an added advantage.
3. Genuine interest in philanthropy and humanitarian work.
4. Proficiency in social media platforms.
5. Strong visual and creative sense.
6. Fluency in Hausa and English.
7. Good communication and storytelling skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
