Website Developer

Inspire Her Afrika is looking for a skilled Website Developer to join our team and help bring our vision to life online!
We are seeking a dedicated Website Developer who can help us design, develop, and maintain our websites to reflect the mission and work of Inspire Her Afrika.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and ensuring we can reach, inspire, and empower more women across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites for Inspire Her Afrika.
Collaborate with the communications team to ensure the website aligns with our brand, goals, and messaging.
Implement features such as event pages, blogs, multimedia content, and donation platforms.
Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the site is always up and running.
Analyze web traffic and improve user engagement.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience.
Proven experience in web development (front-end and back-end skills).
Proficiency in web development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS).
Experience with UI/UX design and mobile optimization.
Strong understanding of website architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for women’s empowerment and development is a plus.
