The role involves on-ground verification of customer addresses within assigned locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct physical verification of customer residential or business addresses
• Accurately capture and submit verification reports using provided tools
• Navigate assigned locations efficiently using Google Maps
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers
• Ensure timely completion of assigned verification tasks
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and data confidentiality standards
Requirements
• Functional Android smartphone
• Good working knowledge of Google Maps and location navigation
• Must currently reside in the selected state of application
• Ability to move around assigned locations as required
• Strong attention to detail and basic reporting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
