The Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) supports youth-led movements in Nigeria by providing technical and financial resources to strengthen youth leadership, activism, and social change. Seeded by the MacArthur Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Luminate Group, NYFF enables outcome-driven policy engagements and inclusive resourcing for medium- and long-term national development.
Youth Leadership Development Fund 2026
NYFF invites grant applications from qualified individuals and organizations for the Youth Leadership Development Fund. The grant aims to strengthen, support, and promote youth ecosystem building across Nigeria. Grants will be awarded to applicants working in alignment with NYFF’s thematic areas, including good governance and addressing fundamental national questions.
Types of Grants:
- Small Grants: Target grassroots, community-based, youth-focused individuals or organizations with limited access to financial, human, and ICT resources.
- Development Grants: Focus on youth-led and youth-focused organizations aiming to strengthen youth inclusion.
- Catalyst Grants: Support organizations serving as regional hubs for civic and innovation ecosystem building across Nigeria.
Eligibility:
- Individuals and organizations working in line with thematic areas of interest.
- Catalyst Grants are specifically for organizations that can serve as regional hubs.
