Sydani Group is currently inviting applications for the Sydani Fellowship Program, a structured internship designed for recent graduates seeking to build practical experience in consulting and leadership development. The program is based in Abuja Nigeria and runs for a duration of 4 to 5 months, with a closing application date of 12 April 2026.
The fellowship provides a hands on learning environment where selected candidates will work on real world projects under the guidance of experienced consultants. Fellows are assigned responsibilities within active projects and are expected to contribute to problem solving research and analysis while developing professional and technical skills. The program also offers exposure to industry experts and a collaborative work setting that enhances critical thinking and organizational capacity. Participants receive a monthly stipend and high performing fellows may be considered for full time roles upon completion.
Eligible applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division. Candidates with a Second Class Lower Division or Third Class degree are required to possess a Master’s degree at the time of application. Applicants must have completed their undergraduate studies between 2022 and the present year. Strong analytical ability attention to detail excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks are essential requirements for this role.
