The GREAT Scholarships are supported by the British Council in partnership with participating universities and the United Kingdom government. The programme focuses on strengthening educational ties between the United Kingdom and partner countries.
Students from the following countries are eligible to apply:
Bangladesh, China, Egypt, France, Ghana, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Spain, Thailand, and Turkey.
Successful applicants will benefit from partial tuition support and access to world class teaching and research facilities. In addition, applicants gain the opportunity to experience academic and cultural life in the United Kingdom. Each participating university sets its own course offerings and application deadlines.
