Your Responsibilities
As a DreamDevs Trainee, you will be expected to:
• Engage deeply in a structured, fast-paced training program covering core Engineering principles and advanced system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in peer code reviews and technical brainstorming sessions to ensure operational excellence.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency of our financial tools.
Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for “The Brightest Minds”—individuals who don’t just write code but solve complex puzzles.
• Educational Background: Recent graduates (within the last 1–2 years) from Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM fields.
• Academic Excellence: You must possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.
• Technical Foundation: Basic proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) and a solid understanding of software development life cycles.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
The Selection Process
Our selection process is rigorous, designed to find the top 1% of talent:

2. Shortlisting & Online Test: Selected candidates will undergo an initial online coding and logic assessment.
3. In-Person Code Challenge: The top performers will be invited to our Lagos office for a live coding challenge to demonstrate their problem-solving prowess.
4. Intensive Bootcamp: Finalists will enter a n elite Bootcamp, where they will be refined and prepared for the challenges of real-world Engineering at Moniepoint.
