Premium Human Resources Solution Limited is recruiting Agent Field Officers (AFO) on behalf of a leading banking institution in Abuja. This opportunity is open to qualified candidates interested in building a career in sales and financial services. The available positions are located across key areas in the Federal Capital Territory, including Maitama, Gwarimpa, Lugbe, Wuse Market, Transcorp, and Dei Dei.

The Agent Field Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and promoting the bank’s financial products and services. Key duties include identifying and onboarding new customers and agents onto the banking platform, as well as facilitating account opening while ensuring proper Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation is completed.

The role also involves actively marketing and selling financial products such as POS devices, digital banking applications, and savings plans. Successful candidates will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure continuous usage of the bank’s services. Additionally, meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales and transaction targets is a core requirement of the position.

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates must not be older than 35 years and should have at least one year of experience in sales or marketing.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₦115,000 to ₦130,000, alongside attractive benefits including commission, HMO, pension, 13th-month allowance, and other incentives.
