Junior Recruiter (100% Remote)
Salary: €600-€700 + bonus, after taxes (depending on your skills and experience).

Job requirements
What We Need:
Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience screening resumes and conducting initial interviews is required.
Sourcing Skills: Basic understanding of using social media and job boards for sourcing candidates, with a focus on LinkedIn outreach.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to connect with hiring managers and candidates.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
ATS Management: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Recruitee, is a plus.
Creativity: A passion for finding new and innovative ways to attract and engage talent.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Policy Knowledge: A basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.
