Vacancy: HR Officer

    Qualifications:
    · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
    · Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, talent acquisition, and general HR operations. Experience in managing HR for multi-site operations is preferred.

· Skills:
o High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal communication and relationship- building abilities.
o Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations issues and navigating sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
o High proficiency in HRIS platforms, Google Suite and the Microsoft Office Suite.
o Passion for health and fitness
o Experience working in the fitness, wellness or hospitality industry is preferred
o Willing to participate in internal fitness classes
o Flexible and comfortable working early mornings or evenings or on Saturdays

Remuneration:
· Monthly Gross Salary: N550,000
· Transport Allowance: N40,000
· Health Insurance (post 3 months probationary period)
· Paid Time Off: 15 days

Working Hours:
· Hybrid: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
· The HR Officer is required to be present during peak customer hours to observe the team activities (6:30 am to 2:00 pm OR 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm).
· Office shifts will alternate between 6:30 am to 2:00 pm or 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, depending on the team observation schedule.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
