We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Data Collector
Locations: Akwa Ibom, Benue, Kaduna, Kwara, Nasarawa, Osun & Taraba
Employment Type: Contract
Requirements
A minimum of a OND or equivalent; higher education (HND, Degree and above).
Prior experience in data collection, field research, or similar roles is preferred.
Proficiency in using Android or IOS devices, ability to use communication apps such as whatsapp, ability to send mails and prior experience using a data collection tools such as ODK Collect will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with the local area and its communities, including an understanding of cultural and socioeconomic contexts.
Excellent verbal communication skills for conducting interviews and explaining survey procedures.
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and sensitivity toward participants.
Ability to handle field challenges, adapt to changing conditions, and work independently.
Effective time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
Salary
Data collectors will be paid 8,000 Naira daily (40,000 Naira for the five days).
