The Western Cape Economic Development Partnership, known as the EDP, is an independent, not-for-profit, collaborative intermediary that works towards inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development by improving the performance of enabling systems through building capabilities for adaptive and collaborative governance. The EDP partners with leaders and institutions from different sectors – public, private, civil society, and academia – to work together to address complex system challenges through collaborative implementation processes, platforms for shared learning and systems of mutual accountability.
About the Job
The Project Lead is responsible for successfully managing multiple projects aimed at systems change and the building of capabilities for collaborative and adaptive governance in one or more of the EDP’s programmes. This will include designing, facilitating and monitoring collaborative implementation processes and learning platforms. A project lead will need to manage team members, consultants and relationships with partner organisations in successfully delivering on a projects objectives.
