Role: Nigeria Research and Evaluation Lead
Client Profile:
Our client is an enterprise with operations across ten African countries. They provide quality farm supplies to farmers on credit and agricultural services needed to make their farms more productive.
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities:
1. Develop survey designs, conduct field testing, and refine survey instruments.
2. Perform data analysis and generate reports to draw meaningful conclusions and actionable insights.
3. Supervise in-field follow-up procedures to address and rectify survey data quality issues promptly.
Requirements:
1. Professional experience of 7+ years, reflecting an interest in international development.
2. Academic or professional background in designing, implementing evaluations/research, and analyzing findings.
3. Strong quantitative skills and experience with statistical software, preferably STATA or R.
