This position will require regular interaction with the sales team, so the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review customer information provided and source missing information
  • Use Government websites to pull permits related to the property being quoted
  • Use rating software to enter all aspects of the home or autos being quoted
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Required skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years professional experience in customer service or sales support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Project management experience
  • Good computer skills to navigate the numerous insurance company websites
  • A great driven and winning attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation
  • A functional laptop or desktop computer
  • Fast and stable internet connection
  • Provision for loadshedding
  • Ability to retain and apply information received from training, reading and email updates
