Federal Government’s Direct Benefit Transfer Programme Supports Vulnerable Households

•  The Federal Government is currently disbursing N75,000 to eligible households through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Programme, aimed at supporting vulnerable Nigerians.

•  The programme targets reaching 15 million vulnerable households across the nation.

•  Disbursement is made in three installments of N25,000 each.

•  Each recipient must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) to receive payments on behalf of their household.

•  To be eligible, households must be registered on the National Social Register of poor and vulnerable households in Nigeria.

•  The DBT programme aims to alleviate hardship and promote financial and economic inclusion for vulnerable populations.

Important Public Notice:

•  This payment is FREE. You are not required to pay anyone to benefit from this programme.

•  It is fraudulent to pay for inclusion on the National Social Register.

•  The Federal Government is committed to reaching those in need transparently and fairly.

•  Report any suspected fraud immediately.
