The programme is an opportunity for qualified young Nigerian graduates to begin their careers in the banking and financial services sector while gaining professional experience and relevant workplace skills.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Be not more than 27 years of age.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Have graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC.
- Possess an NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate.
