ABOUT ERAD 2.0
The Election Result Analysis Dashboard ERAD is Yiaga Africa’s platform for tracking, aggregating, analysing and visualising election results in near real time while independently monitoring the performance of INEC’s IReV portal.
For the 2027 General Elections, Yiaga Africa is recruiting Data Clerks to support results data entry at the ERAD 2.0 Data Center in Abuja.
Data Clerks will accurately capture and enter election result data collected from polling units into the ERAD system on election day under the coordination of Floor Managers and the ERAD in house team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retrieve and review polling unit result sheets such as Form EC8A uploaded to INEC’s IReV portal.
- Accurately extract and enter election result data into the ERAD platform within assigned timeframes.
- Flag discrepancies, missing results and irregularities to the Floor Manager or Technical Support team.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity during data entry and cross checking.
- Meet assigned data entry targets and deadlines on election day.
- Participate in mandatory pre election training and simulation exercises.
WHO CAN APPLY
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own a functional laptop or be able to obtain one for the assignment.
- Have strong computer literacy and be comfortable using data entry tools and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy while working under time pressure.
- Be available for all mandatory training sessions and during the election period.
- Be available to work both day and night shifts.
- Be resident in Abuja.
- Be non partisan.

For the 2027 General Elections, Yiaga Africa is recruiting experienced Floor Managers to lead and support Data Clerk teams at the ERAD 2.0 Data Center in Abuja.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Floor Managers will provide first line technical support and team coordination for clusters of Data Clerks on election day. They will help ensure smooth operation of the ERAD 2.0 system, maintain data quality standards, monitor team performance and ensure technical issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 20 to 30 Data Clerks per shift or floor.
- Provide first line technical troubleshooting for the ERAD platform, including login issues, data entry errors, connectivity problems and device issues.
- Monitor real time data entry progress against assigned targets.
- Identify and flag bottlenecks affecting data entry and team performance.
- Conduct quality checks and spot verification of entered data for accuracy.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the in house engineering and product team.
- Support onboarding and provide on the day guidance to Data Clerks.
- Compile end of shift summaries and incident reports.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Applicants should have:
- Prior experience in technical support, IT, data management, election operations or a similar field.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
- General troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Availability throughout the election day period, including day and night shifts.
- Availability to participate in mandatory training.
- HND or BSc qualification.
- Prior ERAD or election deployment experience is an added advantage.
