Our client, a leading Development Finance Institution with a mandate to promote socio‑economic development in Nigeria, is recruiting high‑calibre graduates for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme. Eligibility criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in one of the following disciplines:
– Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information and Communications Technology, Law, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or other social sciences.
2. Maximum age 26 years (maximum age 28 years for Law and for candidates holding a master’s degree).
3. Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate.
4. No prior work experience (fresh graduates only).
5. Candidates must demonstrate:

– Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills;
– Strong analytical capability;
– Clear verbal and written communication skills.
