Applications are now open for the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program at Green Space Farms (GSF), an integrated agri-food company operating across egg production, agronomy, food processing, and FMCG distribution in Nigeria.
Founded in 2016, Greenco is a fast-growing, venture-backed agribusiness building sustainable systems across the food value chain. This highly selective programme offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain real business exposure over a structured 36-month development journey.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical trainee programme. Selected candidates will work closely with the Managing Director, contributing to decision-making, solving real operational challenges, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities.
Two tracks are available:
- Track A – Operations & Farm (focus on farm operations, logistics, supply chain, and field coordination)
- Track B – Commercial (focus on sales, FMCG distribution, finance, and account management)
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or related fields
- 0–3 years post-graduation experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for agribusiness and Nigeria’s food systems
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Lagos if necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
