Minimum Requirements:
• Education: First degree (BSc/HND) with at least:
• Second Class Lower (2.2) for BSc
• Upper Credit for HND
Preferred Fields of Study:
• Accounting | Economics | Law | Computer Science
• Business Administration | Finance | Statistics
• Human Resource Management | Sociology
Additional Criteria:
• NYSC: Must be completed
Experience:
• Fresh Graduates: 1-2 years, including NYSC
• Experienced Professionals: Minimum 6 years (preferably in banking, stock, or capital markets)
Age Limit:
• Fresh Graduates: ≤27 years
• Experienced Hire: ≤30 years
Added Advantages:
• Certifications in Blockchain, Fintech, or Derivatives
• MBA or MSc in related disciplines
