The World Agriculture Forum is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research & Knowledge Management Intern to join our team for a 3-month remote internship.
As a Research & Knowledge Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with international experts, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to global agricultural discussions and international development debates. This is a unique chance to develop your skills, expand your professional network, and make a meaningful impact on global agriculture.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct research on global agriculture, food security, and related policy issues
– Assist in the development of knowledge products, such as reports, briefs, and infographics
– Support the management of our knowledge database and library
– Collaborate with our team to design and implement knowledge management strategies
– Provide administrative support for events, webinars, and conferences
Requirements:
– Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in agriculture, international development, economics, or a related field
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Familiarity with knowledge management software and tools is an asset
