Job Title: Loan Officer
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
– Acquiring new clients and reviewing loan applications
– Conducting credit checks and financial assessments
– Preparing loan documentation and presenting to the credit committee
– Following up on disbursed loans to ensure timely repayment
– Maintaining accurate records of loan applications and client interactions
– Providing excellent customer service and guidance to borrowers throughout the loan process
Requirements:
– HND/BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in MS Office Applications and ERP Solutions
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
