Virtustant is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our client, a leading oncology recruitment and consulting firm based in the United States. This is a full-time remote position, open to applicants residing in Africa or North America.

Our client is a specialized oncology recruitment and consulting firm with over 30 years of experience serving cancer treatment centers, biotech firms, and pharmaceutical companies across North America. They offer permanent placement services and workforce consulting for both clinical and non-clinical roles, focusing on building resilient, mission-aligned teams. Their consulting services address critical challenges such as workforce standardization, burnout, and staff retention.

Job Description:

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our client’s team, playing a crucial role in their recruitment and consulting operations. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in recruitment, project management, and content creation. This remote role requires a highly professional, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable engaging with leadership in a direct yet diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities:

•  Provide administrative support to the client’s team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.

•  Assist with recruitment tasks, such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

•  Support project management activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

•  Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, crafting engaging and professional posts that align with the client’s brand.

•  Conduct research and gather information to support the client’s consulting projects.

•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

•  Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in recruitment or HR.

•  Demonstrated project management abilities with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

•  Exceptional English communication skills, including C2-level fluency and a clear, professional accent.

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging and professional content for various platforms.

•  Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn content creation or similar social media platforms.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

•  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation:
