Key Responsibilities
· Van Sales & Merchandising: Sell and deliver products directly to assigned customers along
designated routes.
· Sales & Stock Management: Maintain accurate van stock records and apply FIFO to reduce expired goods.
· Route & Activity Tracking: Follow assigned delivery and sales routes to maximize customer coverage.
· Reporting & Analytics: Record sales, stock movements, and customer visits through the Account Manager App.
· Tools & Technology: Proficiently use TradeDepot’s Account Manager App to perform daily van sales activities.
· Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve daily route completion and meet sales targets consistently.
Requirements
• Minimum of OND/HND qualification or equivalent.
• Must have a valid-driver liences
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience as a van sales representative, preferably in FMCG sectors.
• Must own smartphone with proficiency with smartphone applications, especially data capturing and inventory management apps.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
