A leading financial institution is seeking high-performing Relationship Managers to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This role requires a strategic, sales-driven professional with expertise in portfolio management, deposit mobilization, and credit administration.
Key Responsibilities:
– Acquire, manage, and grow high-value client portfolios, ensuring revenue and deposit growth.
– Provide expert financial advisory, structuring solutions aligned with client needs.
– Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
– Monitor transaction activities, ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
– Identify market opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Deposit volume and portfolio growth
2. Market share expansion and revenue performance
3. Credit quality and risk assessment accuracy
4. Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
– Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in banking, relationship management, or financial advisory.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related fields. HND holders must have a Master’s degree.
– Competencies: Strong sales acumen, credit risk expertise, and exceptional relationship management skills.
Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000+ per month
