Training Opportunity: Gender at Work Early Career Consultants Training Programme in Gender, Inclusion, Disability, and Organizations
Calling all Early-Career Consultants in Africa!
Gender at Work, in partnership with LadySmith, and other esteemed organizations, is pleased to announce a comprehensive 16-month training programme designed for early-career consultants in Africa who are passionate about advancing gender equality, inclusion, disability rights, and organizational effectiveness.
The Gender at Work Early Career Consultants Training Programme in Gender, Inclusion, Disability, and Organizations will focus on equipping participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively work with organizations to improve outcomes related to gender equality, disability inclusion, and broader inclusion efforts.
Eligibility:
• This opportunity is open to early-career consultants residing in Africa.
• Applicants should possess a background in gender and inclusion studies or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required. The ability to work in French is desirable but not essential.
Benefits:
• Participants will receive comprehensive training over a 16-month period.
• A stipend of 3,200 CAD will be provided to support participants throughout the programme.
